We are very excited about our new location, recently upfitted in March 2010. We carefully considered what matters most to the client and the moderator and that's quality and cost. We streamlined our operation without skimping on the essentials clients require. We implemented more technology offering more services at drastically reduced prices. As in the past, we provide DVDs and audio tapes of all proceedings. However, we now offer many hi-tech A/V and IT solutions. Our focus group room easily seats 12 participants. Our viewing room is equipped with two, 47" flat LCD screen TVs. Our viewing room comfortably seats up to 6 viewers (we also have a large conference room for larger audiences). Cameras in the focus group room are set at optimal angles so that all participants on both sides of the conference table can be viewed (see pictures below). To adapt to changing times, we offer ActiveGroup and FocusVision which provide high-quality broadcasts of qualitative research sessions that clients and their colleagues access securely--live and on-demand--over the Internet.
Recruiting is the backbone of any successful focus group or personal interview, and our command of the recruiting process is simply the best. Our recruiters are trained to understand your project and all recruiting activities are coordinated and managed in our onsite telephone facility. The Charlotte market is our specialty.
